It's A BOY, It's A GIRL, It's A...

Today we went into our ultrasound FULLY confident that this is a BOY!

BUT this little one was modest! Squeezing the legs together as tight as a clam. So, I was sent to get a drink and see the doc in hopes baby would move positions. Then I went back in with a different nurse, the nurse who has told me all of my other kid's genders. She is the Master Ultrasound lady. She worked and she worked until she found this!

This is the first time I have been wrong! But am really happy it is a GIRL!!! There was a triumphant noise from the gals and...you could say there was weeping and wailing with the boys, okay maybe not THAT dramatic, but there sure were some attitudes! It was kinda funny, but only kinda cause it was also embarrassing. :) Of course now it is a lot more on the funny side and I wish I would have recorded it! :) Heath even stubbornly sat on the floor refusing to talk to anyone or even get up. After we were in the car he apologized saying, "I was just so surprised! Sorry mom that I was so upset. I sure am going to LOVE this girl!" So sweet! Then he added, "when are we going to have my boy?" He has been asking for that since he was 3.

Chad was grumpy a bit longer, but I expected that seeing as this is how he has reacted with every girl we have had. Ha ha! Poor Chad. So outnumbered. :) The doctor saw their disappointment and said "Well maybe the next one will be a boy!" Then laughed as he walked out of the room. He is such an awesome doctor.

Now the problem is finding a name cause we soooo had a boy's name picked out. I guess we still have a few months to figure it out.Of course that won't do for me...I am determined to find it NOW! :) I am patient like that.

Be sure to check out my last post on Sweet Mary and her Family! I have known her since she was about 9!

Oooh! Congrats on another girl. So fun. Good luck on the name-choosing. GIrl names have always been super hard for us to decide too.

I'm seeing a pattern here... boy, girl, girl... boy, girl, girl... tell Heath to keep the faith!!! How about Raegan Dawn, tee-hee, that was going to be Ty's name if he had been a girl, still love it ;)

Congratulations! Don't let him fool you, I asked Chad what he would do if you got another Heath and he said he'd jump off the Eiffel tower, and if that didn't work he'd jump off the Empire State building. : ) I'm sure he's just THRILLED to have another sister, or at least he will be. :)

Yay! Congratulations! Lindsey would die to be in a family with all those girls -- she'd consider you guys the lucky ones!
