It is Official

We are "officially" done! We are very proud of Tyson's accomplishments and for ours as well. We had quite the past couple of years full of ups and downs, mingled with sickness, but we have gained so much from all these experiences. God has been known to have a sense of humor from time to time, but he always knows what we need to grow and become more like him.

ROLL TIDE!
When we pulled into Tuscaloosa, my oldest son said "Hey mom! Take a pic of how into Bama they are here." I held the eye rolling at bay and replied "Son, it is Tuscaloosa where Bama is from.  You know, where the University is. It is to be expected that they root for Bama!" He still didn't quite get it. So I let him keep believeing that this was just some randomly awesome place that just so happened to be decked out in all things Bama.

When we were pulling up to the Colosseum, where the grad ceremony was held, there was a poor lonely jeep in front of us. I say lonely because out of all the cars we had seen there, it was the only one  crazy brave enough to venture out on graduation day sporting all Auburn stickers, decals and colors. I hope they survived their drive through campus.

We enjoyed our time together. The Hotel somehow got our rooms messed up so we didn't end up with two rooms together. So Tyson took some to one room when it was bed time while the rest stayed with me.
The kids had to keep reminding themselves that they didn't need to make the beds (tells you how much we go to Hotels). Such good kids. If only they made their own beds so willingly. I can dream, can't I?

Heath learned that you either "play with the big boys or lie under the porch with the dogs"! I was surprised he didn't join in cause he is usually always up for a good fight. :)

Ahhhhh, I LOVE my family! And we are SO glad that graduation is over and out of the way. Now it is time for us to move on to the next chapter in our lives...finding an awesome job!

Cute idea having all the kids wear Bama t-shirts. You always think of everything...
