Family Away From Family

I have now known this family for a little over 12 years! I was pregnant with my first when Kaye, the mother of this wonderful family, was pregnant with her last. Those boys we had are still best buds.

They have helped our growing family in so many ways and have shown great love and support to us throughout the years.



I was a leader at church for one of their daughter's, Hannah, when she was 12. Now she is married to a military man and moved away to El Paso. *Tear* We bought Girl Scout Cookies from her. I am SO OLD!!!







Whenever I would ask my kids who they wanted to babysit them the answer was ALWAYS one of the members of this family.










There are so many great memories that we have had with them. One day I was strapping 1 yr. old, Bria, into her carseat and she said "Bye Grama Kaye!" That is what she has been known by our children ever since.

I was thrilled when they asked if I would take pics of them. It was nice to have the practice, but to have more memories with them as well. The only downside to the pics was that it was FREEEEEEEZING and Kendra who was a week from her due date wasn't feeling too great near the end! They were troopers though.

Did I mention that we had fun? :)

This is going to be one WELL LOVED baby!
