This year Halloween falls on a Sunday. In years past when this has happened our little community has come together and the Mayor has announced that we will celebrate on another day to continue keeping Sundays a day of worship, but this year that is not the case. So, a small group of us are banding together and compiling a list of names and addresses of people who want to participate in trick or treating on Saturday evening starting at 5:30 p.m. If you are interested and live in the Madison area, then please call, email or leave me a comment to let me know you want to be added to that list. Please let me know by Tuesday the 26th so that I can make the list and have it ready to be sent out to everyone involved by Thursday.
Help us add to the list by making a flyer for your neighborhoods or emailing all that you think would be interested. Just make sure that I get the names and addresses to add to the list that will be handed or emailed out on Thursday the 28th. :)
You don't have to have children to participate. If you just want to hand out candy so that you can see all the little cuties all dressed up, you can still be added to the list! ;) Looking forward to Halloween fun and still keeping Sunday a day of worship and spreading the word!

Good idea... our ward is doing our trunk or treat that night though. By the way, I've been waiting to read more about your home schooling decision. : )
